The Raleigh Police Department is attempting to identify and locate the suspect seen in the attached surveillance photo.
At approximately 10 a.m. on April 10, the suspect entered the lobby of the Red Roof Inn at 1813 S. Saunders St. She passed a note to the clerk demanding money, and, when the robbery had been completed, was last seen fleeing on foot.
The suspect is described as black female in her twenties to thirties with a light complexion who stands approximately 5 feet 7-9 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She was wearing a black jacket with a white horizontal stripe across its front and large sunglasses. She was carrying the tan and white purse also seen in the surveillance photos.
