UPDATE: Arrest Made in Shooting-Capital Boulevard

Shortly after 2:00 p.m. today, the victim of Sunday morning's shooting, Tu Hoang Nguyen, died as a result of his injuries while at WakeMed. RPD homicide detectives have obtained a new arrest warrant for the upgraded charge of murder on the suspect, Nhan Thuong Le. Le remains in custody at the Wake County Jail.
