RPD Detectives Search for Bank Robbery Suspect

Shortly before 4 p.m. today, the suspect seen in the attached surveillance photo entered the SunTrust Bank at 7320 Creedmoor Rd. and presented a robbery note to a teller. After the teller complied with the note’s demands, the suspect fled the bank.

The suspect is described as a slender white male in his 50s to 60s who stands about 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was wearing the hooded sweatshirt and cap seen in the photo.
