At approximately 12:15 p.m. today, the suspect seen in the attached surveillance photo entered the PNC Bank at 4000 Capital Boulevard and passed a robbery note implying he was armed to a teller. After completing the robbery the suspect fled the bank without further incident.The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s to 30s with a “scruffy” beard and a pierced left ear. He has a slender build and stands about 5 feet 7-8 inches tall. As seen in the surveillance photo, the suspect was wearing a dark-colored shirt, jeans, cap and “aviator” sunglasses.
