The Raleigh Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance as it works to locate John Lee Kennedy, 44.
Kennedy was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. today in the 7000 block of Brecken Ridge Avenue. He is a black male who stands about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. When last seen, Kennedy was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jean shorts, and a black ball cap. He has close-cut hair and short sideburns.
Kennedy has a cognitive impairment, and he requires daily medication, which he does not have with him. A Silver Alert is being processed.
While no foul play is known to be involved in Kennedy’s disappearance, the RPD is attempting to locate him to help ensure his well-being.
Anyone who believes they might have seen Kennedy since 3:30 p.m. today or believes they may know his present whereabouts is asked to call 911.
