Suspect Arrested in Capital Boulevard Shooting
The suspect who had been detained in connection with the assault, Shekeyta Denyal Spells, (DOB 12/11/86), has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and has been transported to the Wake County Jail.
