Shortly after 4:30 p.m. yesterday, Raleigh Police Department officers and detectives responded to a robbery at the PNC Bank at 2414 Wycliff Rd.The suspect seen in the attached surveillance photos entered the bank, displayed a handgun and fled on foot after the robbery. Outside the bank, it’s believed that he rendezvoused with a female accomplice.
The white male suspect is described as being about 6 feet 1 inch tall and is thought to weigh about 185 pounds. He was estimated to be in his mid-50s and was wearing a dark colored short-sleeve shirt and a white ball cap.
The white female accomplice is described as being younger – possibly in her mid-30s – with long dark brown or black hair.
