Raleigh Bank Robbed

Shortly after 9:30 a.m. today, the masked and armed suspect seen in the attached surveillance photo entered the BB&T Bank at 8501 Brier Creek Parkway. He approached a teller, demanded money, and fled the bank after the teller complied.

The suspect is described as a black male of average build who stands about 6 feet tall. He was wearing the dark shirt and blue jeans seen in the surveillance photo. It is believed he left the scene in a turquoise- or aqua-colored Honda Civic of unknown year model.
