UPDATE: Request for Assistance - Vandalism Suspect

Raleigh Police Department Downtown District officers have charged Omar Rhasheen Simmons, 29, with one count of injury to real property in connection with the incident from this post. Simmons was taken into custody without incident earlier today and has been transported to the Wake County Jail.
