Request for Assistance - Armed Robbery

At about 7 p.m. on Dec. 14, a robbery-from-person occurred outside a restaurant in the 10000 block of Little Brier Creek Lane. The victims arrived at the restaurant and were confronted by an armed suspect as they were getting out of their vehicle. The suspect robbed the victims at gunpoint before fleeing the scene.

Approximately 30 minutes after the robbery occurred, the suspect seen in the attached surveillance photos attempted to use a credit card stolen during the crime. The attempt was made at an ATM in a convenience store located in the 2300 block of Hwy 55 in Durham. Please note the distinctive jacket being worn by the suspect. The suspect is known to have been traveling in a white four-door sedan when he arrived and left the convenience store.
