Request for Assistance - Robbery and Obtaining Property by False Pretense

At approximately 11 p.m. on Nov. 17, a pizza delivery driver was robbed in the 5400 block of Portree Place after making a delivery. The victim was robbed at gunpoint by two suspects who are believed to have fled in a vehicle following the crime. The suspects were described as black males wearing black jackets and blue jeans.

Within minutes of the robbery, the suspect seen in the attached surveillance photos fraudulently used a financial card stolen in the robbery to purchase a case of beverages at a convenience store in the 3800 block of Carlton Avenue, which is less than three miles from the Portree Place crime scene. The suspect is known to have been in a gray late-model Chevrolet Impala four-door sedan at the convenience store.

Raleigh Police Department detectives are attempting to identify and locate the suspect seen in the photos in connection with their investigation of the above incidents.

Anyone who believes they may recognize the suspect is asked to call Raleigh CrimeStoppers at (919) 834-HELP. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for anonymous tips that help solve cases.
