RPD Detectives Search for This Morning's Bank Robbery Suspect

Bank Robbery Suspect

Today, just before 9:30 a.m., the suspect seen in the first two attached surveillance photos approached a teller at the BB&T bank at 4409 Creedmoor Road. He implied he had a weapon and demanded money. After completing the robbery, the suspect fled the scene in the white sports utility vehicle seen in the third photo.

The suspect was described as a white male who stands about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. In addition to the clothing that can be seen in the photos, the suspect was wearing blue jeans and black sneakers.
