Request for Assistance - Peace Street Robbery Suspects

The Raleigh Police Department is seeking public assistance as it works to identify and arrest the two suspects seen in the attached surveillance photos.

At approximately 11:30 p.m. on October 31, the suspects entered a convenience store at 804 W. Peace St. and robbed the clerk at gunpoint.

Suspect 1
Both suspects were described as being heavyset black males who stand approximately 6 feet tall.

Suspect 2
The suspect in the foreground in the two photos was wearing a distinctive blue jacket, which has been identified as an NBA “throwback” garment with the logo for the Syracuse Nationals on its back. The jacket is believed to have the number “1949” on its left sleeve and “NBA” on its right sleeve. The suspect was wearing dark colored jeans and dark colored Converse Chuck Taylor-style high-top shoes with white trim.

The suspect seen in the background of the two photos was armed with a long gun that appeared to be an assault-type rifle. He was wearing a heavy black jacket and dark colored pants.
