At approximately 11:40 a.m. today, Raleigh Police Department officers responded to a call concerning a deceased person at the Studio Plus hotel at 921 Wake Towne Dr. Upon arrival, the officers located a deceased male in a guest room at the facility, and that individual was subsequently identified as Stephen Curtis Hoyle (DOB 12/29/87). The death has been determined to be a homicide, and its investigation remains on-going.
