Shortly after 10 p.m. last night, Raleigh Police Department officers responded to a shooting call at the intersection of Hill and Jones streets. A victim, Winzo Omari Gill, 23, was transported to WakeMed, where he later died. The incident remains under investigation, and no arrests have been made.
